Q. Can my bed be delivered?
A. We offer a delivery service within Crediton and the surrounding area for a small charge. We can also deliver within the South West too
Q. Can my old bed be removed?
A. Yes, we recommend a couple of ways this can be done, the 1st is using the local council and for a small charge they will collect your old bed and can be done online, the other is a online company called Clearbe they can be booked in advance to come almost anytime you require.
Q. Are your mattresses and divans British manufactured?
A. All our mattresses and divans are supplied and made in Britain, one of our suppliers are actually in Devon incorporating wool farmed from their own farms on Dartmoor.
Q. Do your beds and mattresses come with a guarantee?
A. All our beds, divans, mattresses and bed frames come with some sort of guarantee/warranty ranging from 12 months to 8 years this information will be passed on at the time of the sale depending on what products are being purchased.
Q. How do I look after my mattress?
A. All mattresses need looking after, double-sided mattresses need to be rotated and turned regularly, single-sided mattresses need to be just rotated regularly in doing this will help revitalise and prolong the life of the mattress.
Q. When should I change my mattress?
A. Circumstances change as we get older and injuries can occur to our bodies which can have the desired effect what your body requires for comfort, generally if you are waking up with aches and pains, or if you are getting hot due to the filling of the mattress these are normally good signs the mattress isn’t giving you the required support or comfort you need.
Q. How quickly will I get my order?
A. Depending on stocks we can on some occasions offer same-day delivery, some on next day delivery service direct from our suppliers, but generally we work on 7-10 working days. It’s only our handmade products we try to work to a 3-6 weeks lead time but depending on needs we can always liaise with our supplier if something was required in a hurry.
We also recommend you should change your mattress between 8-10 years depending on your circumstances but also for hygiene reasons due to what your mattress can accumulate over that time scale.
